How to block or unblock a website via DNSFilter

1. Log into https://app.dnsfilter.com/ via Microsoft SSO with your Wymo Microsoft account. You will see the DNSFilter main dashboard.

2. Navigate in the top left corner dropdown menu to the Organisation who you wish to manage, in this example it is Oakes Power Services.

3. Within the organisation you are managing, select Policies -> Filtering.

4. You will see a list of Policies, in this case, we select the Policy which applies to the Site rather than individual Clients, so that it is applied Sitewide. In this example, it is the Policy called Roaming Policy.

5. Navigate on the top menu bar to Allow List if you wish to unblock, and to Block List if you wish to block.

6. Click the green Add Domain button, a pop-up will appear where you can specify the domain you wish to block or unblock, and provide a reason or explanation for doing so.

7. Save your changes and you will now see the domains you have blocked or unblocked appear in the list.
