How to amend room or resource bookings via Microsoft Calendar

If you are using a meeting room solution such as Microsoft Teams Rooms or Logitech Sync Booking Panels please follow the below instructions to edit your room or resource calendar bookings via Microsoft Calendar.
Step one
Add the account that manages your rooms or resources to your Outlook application by right clicking on your email address in the left hand column and selecting 'Add account'.

Step two
In Outlook, navigate to 'Calendar', you should then see a respective calendar listed for each of the rooms or resources associated with your account.

Step three
From here you can add new bookings or make changes to existing bookings, these changes will automatically reflect on the room or resource that you have amended.
